Shampoo:

Apply to damp hair and gently massage into scalp and hair;
Rinse;
Repeat if necessary.

Mask:

After washing your hair with nourishing shampoo, pat dry excess water and distribute from root to tip;
Leave on for 5 minutes;
Rinse thoroughly.
