Ensure feet are clean and dry;
Open the sachet and remove socks, cut open with scissors and place a foot in each sock;
Massage the feet gently to help distribute the cream within each one across the whole foot;
Leave socks on the feet for 20-30 minutes before removing;
Massage the remaining cream into the feet, no need to wash or rinse;
Throw away the socks responsibly, do not re-use.
