After shampooing, rinse and dry hair with a towel and slip the wrap securely on the head;
Gently fix the sticker to secure the wrap (for thick or long hair, secure hair with a bun before slipping on the wrap);
Leave on for 15-25 minutes and massage frequenrly and gently to spread the treatment thoroughly into hair and roots;
