It is recomended to place nipple stickers on the breasts before applying the tape;
Cut the tape to the desired size and stick it on clean and dry skin;
After gluing the tape, smooth out the wrinkles;
It is recomended to wear the taše up to 9 hours;
For easier removal, use oil and soak the tape well so that the sticky side can be painlessly separated from the skin;
If there is residual glue, it can be removed with alcohol.
